Gift Registries

This page will be the spot for all things registry-related. As of right now, we’re registered at Walmart and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Bed, Bath and Beyond:

This registry is pretty straightforward. You have the option to purchase items online just by clicking the item on the registry, or head to the store to purchase them. If you go to the store, ask someone at the customer service counter and they can print off a list for you. When you go to pay, make sure you tell the cashier that the items are from a gift registry and they’ll make sure they enter the information appropriately.

Walmart:

Walmart’s gift registry is absolutely awful. Some of the product descriptions have no link to the product and are so cryptic that you may not be able to figure out what they are. If you have any questions about an item that you can’t figure out, you can try asking an employee at Walmart or you can email Joelle and I at joelleandjustin@thebennetts.name. If you do purchase something either online or at the store, chances are pretty good that it won’t reflect your purchase in the online version of the registry, so here’s what we’d like you to do:

  1. Double-check the registry: if the item you supposedly purchased is not marked off, proceed to step 2. If it is, then you’re all set.
  2. Either email us at the address above or leave a comment on this page (by using the form at the end of this text). Let us know what you purchased and we’ll manually edit the registry to reflect that (to eliminate the possibility of getting duplicates of items).

As time goes on, we’ll keep this page up to date with any changes that are made. We may even list individual items from other stores that we want but are not on either of our registries, so check back here every once in a while to see what’s going on.
